Rental rate
The rental rate is £200 per week during July and August and £150 per week for the remainder of the year and includes all services such as water and electricity, bed linen and towels (including beach and tea towels).

Cleaning charge
Property is professionally cleaned prior to your occupation however there is an additional charge of 50 Euros to be left on the day of departure for the cleaners prior to the next occupation.

Inventory deposit
An inventory deposit of £100 is payable, refundable after departure and satisfactory inspection of the property and contents.

Occupation and departure times
You will be able to occupy the Villa from 4 o clock on the first day of your booking. Please vacate the villa by 11 o clock on the day of your departure so the cleaners can get it ready for the next arrivals. There may be some flexibility here - please enquire.

Pets
We regret, that pets are NOT allowed at the Villa.

Smoking
Smoking is only permitted on the terraces.

Cancellation / refunds
up to 8 weeks - deposit retained
4 - 8 weeks - 50% refunded
2 - 4 weeks - 25% refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Booking
If you would like to book our Villa a deposit of 25% of the total villa rental is required with the remaining balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
